Port of Port Townsend Commissioner Pam Petranek is finishing her first term as our first woman port commissioner District 1. Her seat is being challenged by Chuck Fauls, her challenger three years ago. Carol Hasse (D2) and Pete Hanke (D3) are not yet up for re-election.
The PTMTA has received campaign information from Commissioner Petranek. We post them here for your information as well as her new website where you can learn more about her bio & goals, donate to her campaign, volunteer, and/or submit your own endorsements on a very easy and short form.
Chuck Fauls has not contacted the PTMTA to date.
In 2019 the PTMTA endorsed Commissioner Petranek’s candidacy and we are seeking member approval to endorse her again. Please be on the look out for an email poll to voting members or send us an email to ptmarinetrades@gmail.com stating your (non-binding) candidate preference.
