800 to 1000 PTMTA 4-fold Service Directory Brochures are printed and distributed annually.

Renewing your membership at this time of year expedites the formatting of the brochure that exclusively features active members for the given year.

Application/Renewal forms can be printed here or found at Admiral Ship Supply and they have a bucket on hand to receive your renewal and payment of $50 or more depending on your ability to donate to our earmarked funds. Your generosity is deeply appreciated.

Please note that if you have multiple DBA (Doing Business As) under one UBI #, and would like each DBA displayed in the printed brochure, please include $50 for each DBA and a note with your instructions. Otherwise the primary member business is the one that will be displayed.
