Comprehensive Plan at the Boat Yard: Join City of Port Townsend staff at a drop-in event about the 20-year Comprehensive Plan. Staff will be there to learn your goals for Port Townsend. We’re excited to talk about commuting, housing, economic development, and other topics that matter to you as a marine trades worker. Although land use permits still require hard copy submittals, we are now accepting 37 different Building and right-of-way permits including Preapplication Meetings, Customer Assistance Meetings (CAMs) and Technical Conferences (TECs) electronically via our Permitting Portal.Our portal can be accessed via the following address:
