Since 1977, Port Townsend has hosted a wooden boat festival/symposium. Part of it is to celebrate beautiful boats, teach and inspire people about all things wooden boat, and to enjoy a weekend at Point Hudson with friends. Of course is it now a huge event that attracts boat lovers from all over the world and, annually, that supports the local hospitality sector. Over the long term, it benefits the marine trades and the marine trades benefit Jefferson county!
Every year, there are many local marine trades folk who do not make it down to the festival. Are you planning to participate? If so, in what role? If not, will you share your reason with us?
This is purely for our board to understand the scale of local MT participation or lack thereof and if there are reasons we can address as marine trades advocates. The very short form below makes your response easy. If the form fails to accommodate your email host, try clicking the option to “Fill Out In Google Forms” or please email ptmarinetrades@gmail.com with your answers. (mention WBF Form in the subject). You can also share the link with those around you or any Jeffco MT person you can think of so we have good representation. https://forms.gle/W8SvTa6UigHKJN2E6
Thank you for helping us serve our industry better.
