the dedicated private spaces  are basically the entire 2nd floor, which has the spiral stairs leading up to it on the inside and the exterior wood stairs connecting it with the back yard. The only 2 bedroom photos shown are of the spare bedroom for rent.  The brown carpet will be gone and replaced with fake wood vinyl planking. I did not include photos of my bedroom, which is on the first floor. The private bathroom is the one in the photographs with the white shower curtain and the blue rugs.

The office (also 2nd floor) is the room pictured with the L-shaped desk and the closet shown just beyond the printer in the foreground. If my renter will use the office regularly and needs it, they may also consider that room a private space with a private entrance for 90% of the time.
