Thank you for participating in the 2024 Job and Trades Fair (JTF) and a big shout-out to Skillmation for launching this important event! For 2025 we are making some exciting changes and we hope you will be interested in participating!

 

Due to student and school administration feedback we have expanded the JTF and are renaming it the Jefferson County Youth Opportunity Fair. The fair will now include youth services, recreation, educational opportunities, as well as jobs. The fair is also taking place earlier in the year on March 7th, 2025 to coincide better with the students’ annual schedule.

 

In addition to the Opportunity Fair we are also organizing a Youth-Voice Symposium to be held concurrently to the fair in which we hear from groups of students from across Jefferson County on the issue important to them.

 

Finally we have combined this event with the Connectivity Fair and created a weekend long event we are collectively calling the Connectivity Summit, March 7-9, 2025.
