The City of Port Townsend, in partnership with the Economic Development Council (EDC), is conducting a survey to better understand the needs of local businesses when it comes to finding suitable commercial space within city limits. We’ve heard concerns from businesses about the lack of available and/or affordable real estate, and we are also aware of vacancies. This survey aims to bridge that gap by helping to identify common barriers, create strategies to remedy them, and better match businesses with the spaces they need.
