I want to get the word out that the Port has some good spaces available to rent for marine-related businesses. This is unusual that we have these vacancies all at once.
SEA Marine will be vacating the upstairs loft in the Armory Building at Point Hudson on June 3. That rents for $2,751.92/mo + 12.84% Leasehold Excise Tax (LET). This is a 3,050-sf space upstairs with a 285-sf foyer, at the base of the stairway, on the ground floor.
The former Customs office is available, 375 Hudson Street at Point Hudson. This space is in the southern portion of the building occupied by Fish & Wildlife. It is a 1,600-sf space that includes a kitchen area, an office and a couple of separate rooms. Rent is $2,419.26/mo + LET.
A 132-sf office in the Main Building at Point Hudson. This is the same building that is home to the Shanghai and Hudson Point Café. Rent is $297.00/mo + LET. There is a bit more flexibility on the type of business that rents this space.
