I want to get the word out that the Port has some good spaces available to rent for marine-related businesses. This is unusual that we have these vacancies all at once.

• SEA Marine will be vacating the upstairs loft in the Armory Building at Point Hudson on June 3. That rents for $2,751.92/mo + 12.84% Leasehold Excise Tax (LET). This is a 3,050-sf space upstairs with a 285-sf foyer, at the base of the stairway, on the ground floor.

• The former Customs office is available, 375 Hudson Street at Point Hudson. This space is in the southern portion of the building occupied by Fish & Wildlife. It is a 1,600-sf space that includes a kitchen area, an office and a couple of separate rooms. Rent is $2,419.26/mo + LET.

• A 132-sf office in the Main Building at Point Hudson. This is the same building that is home to the Shanghai and Hudson Point Café. Rent is $297.00/mo + LET. There is a bit more flexibility on the type of business that rents this space.
