| The full-time Director of Education will lead and manage the school’s instructional program(s) and overall educational experience to deliver the highest quality student experience. We are looking for an individual who is as passionate and skilled at providing professional development for the school’s instructors as our instructors are about sharing boatbuilding and marine systems skills with their students. This individual will provide guidance on curriculum development, teaching practices, student learning outcomes assessment, and accreditation best practices.
