Below is the schedule of events for the Seventy 48 and R2AK. There are many local boaters and friends entered in one or the other or both. Some are on locally designed and/or built boats. Cheering on the Seventy 48 racers as they arrive after rowing or paddling 70 miles through our crazy currents and fickle weather is a real gift to these brave souls. As busy trades people, we don’t always have time to enter these bigger races, but taking an hour or two to welcome those with their own passion for being in boats and on the water is an investment in the future of our industry and culture.
