The house has 2 bedrooms and one bath . It’s simply furnished but small things could be put away. There’s a Washer/Dryer. Owner is hoping to just rent it furnished with all utilities and internet included for $2000 a month for up to 6 months .They would evaluate after that but not  looking for a long term renter. The kitchen and bath need some cosmetic updating but it’s cute and comfortable.  There’s also a little ADU in the back which I think is for the renter’s use.
