It is interesting what commercial properties are for sale in Port Townsend. The PT Yacht Club Building for example. A hanger at the airport as well. Downtown buildings and shop ares on Otto Street.

The word is also out that the Duckworks building in South Park behind Goodwill is for sale. Have not found a listing yet but it would make a great boatshop or machine shop with an office in the regular entrance and an office loft area. Warehouse area has a big entrance and several parking spaces.
