The Port Townsend Salmon Club is a great deal for those with small boats who are able to beach launch and have a place to park with their trailer in downtown Port Townsend. $35/year membership buys the convenience of the parking lot reserved for trailer parking only adjacent to the Monroe St. Boat ramp.
