What: We will be talking about the Port of Port Townsend’s proposed “Boat Haven Improvement Plan”. They are looking at replacing most of the docks in Boat Haven over the next 10 years, along with some dredging and other improvements. This project is projected to cost around $35 million. If the plan is passed, they will start securing funding and figuring out how moorage rates will change over the next ten years to help fund the project. PTMTA Board of Directors believes in, and supports, the Port, but want to hear what our membership thinks. See attached documents for more information.
